i’ve always been fascinated with ballerinas. i even tried to BE one when i was a tot, but i quit after a year, citing that “the floor was too hard.” naturally. has anyone else noticed the recent proliferation of all things ballerina? it’s like they’re taunting me with their long, lean bodies, incredible skill, and infallible grace. but the mini-trend within the trend, it seems, is the Dark Ballerina. the Ballerina Badass, if you will.  a photo montage, below.
